9. Final Sale Policy (No Refunds)
All purchases are final and non-refundable.

• Technical issues outside TREI’s control
TREI may, at its sole discretion, review exceptional cases. Any exception granted does not constitute a precedent.
10. Course Access & Expiration

• Each course may have a defined completion window
• Failure to complete within the allowed timeframe may require:
- Reactivation fee
- Re-enrollment

11. Transfers & Account Use
• Courses are non-transferable

Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
12. Attendance & Participation
For live or streamed sessions:

25. Additional Terms by Course Type (Full Version)
A. Pre-License Courses
(63-Hour Sales Associate & 72-Hour Broker Pre-License)
• Students must complete 100% of required content
• Must pass the final exam
Retake Policy:
• One (1) retake may be allowed within one (1) year
• Minimum waiting periods may apply
• Administrative fees may apply
• Certificates are issued only after all requirements are met
• All DBPR/FREC rules apply

• 30 days: $39

B. Post-License Courses (45-Hour)
• Completion and passing requirements apply
• Failure to complete may require re-enrollment
C. Broker Post-License (60-Hour Requirement)
• 30-Hour Brokerage Management
• 30-Hour Property Management
Both courses must be completed.
D. Continuing Education (14-Hour CE)
• Must be completed before expiration
• Reported to the state
E. Reactivation Course (28-Hour)
• Applies to expired licenses
• Does not guarantee reactivation
F. Future DBPR Courses
(Appraiser & Home Inspection)
Will follow DBPR requirements once approved.
